To help you retrieve this document, we've created a simple guide for the five major banks in Canada. Whether you're tech-savvy or prefer to speak with someone over the phone, you'll find step-by-step instructions below.

Using TD EasyWeb
  1. Sign in at TD EasyWeb.
  1. Navigate to Statements & Documents.
  1. Select your Mortgage Account from the drop-down.
  1. Filter by year if needed and open/download the PDF.
Using the TD Mobile App
  1. Open the TD app and sign in.
  1. Go to My Accounts.
  1. Tap your Mortgage Account.
  1. Under Details, tap All Statements.
  1. Select the year and download the PDF.
Request Your Statement by Phone
  • Verify your identity.
  • Request the mortgage statement (note any fees for older statements).
💡 Ensure you are enrolled in online statements for documents to appear. You can enroll via EasyWeb.
Scotiabank
Using the Scotiabank Mobile App
  1. Open the app and sign in.
  1. Tap your Mortgage Account.
  1. Tap Manage > View all statements.
  1. Select and download.
Using Scotia OnLine
  1. Sign in at Scotia OnLine.
  1. Select your Mortgage Account.
  1. Click Documents.
  1. View/download the statement.

  1. Sign in to RBC Online.

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  1. Tap More > Services > Statements.
  1. Choose your Mortgage Account and statement.

Using CIBC Online Banking
  1. Sign in to CIBC Online.
  1. Go to your Mortgage Account.
  1. Click View > Mortgage Loan – Annual Summary.

  1. Sign in to the CIBC app.
  1. Tap your Mortgage Account.
  1. Tap View > Mortgage Loan – Annual Summary.

💡 Only summaries are shown online. Full annual statements are mailed by default.

Using BMO Online Banking
  1. Sign in to BMO Online.
  1. Go to Account Information > eStatements.
  1. Select Account Statements and date range.
  1. Download the PDF.
